WHITE
2020 CABERNET NEBBIOLO ROSE
Washington State
45% Cabernet, 35% Syrah, 20% Nebbiolo.
With a full spectrum of flavors, this is a rose for red wine lovers. The Cabernet and Syrah fill your glass with a beautiful full-bodied bouquet, while the Italian grapes of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo lend a bright and unique fruitiness. You don’t have to wait for the sunshine to enjoy, which is a good thing if you live in the PNW.

2018 GRUNER VELTLINER
Columbia Valley
Opening with delicate aromas of lime zest, white peach, lavender, and honey, the palate has a bright, refreshing acidity and a light but distinctly spicy mouthfeel. The flavor is just barely off-dry, bringing to mind yellow apple, pears, cantaloupe, citrus, and plenty of white pepper. The flinty minerality, an ever-so-slight earthiness of beeswax, and a subtle sense of fresh herbs are reminiscent of an early summer day. And we know an early summer day in Seattle means July 5th.

2020 BLANCA LAKE Petillant Naturel (dry sparkling) -- 92 POINTS TASTING ROOM MAGAZINE
Columbia Valley
Blanca Lake is a stunning and mysterious sight to behold. Its vibrantly colored, cloudy water is a result of glacial till from Columbia Glacier, high above the lake’s far shore. Petillant Naturel (“Pet-Nat” for short) is a slightly sparkling wine made by bottling the wine before fermentation is complete. Using Orange Muscat grapes picked at a Champagne-level of ripeness created this crisp, gorgeous sparkler with an ethereal, cloudy color reminiscent of the lake from which it’s named. The delicately perfumed bubbles release the scent of tree-ripened apricots, honeysuckle, and orange blossom.

RED
2015 LAKE 22 - SOLD OUT
Columbia Valley
65% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Cabernet Franc 5% Merlot
It was fitting to name our first wine release after our first Washington hike. This well-loved destination appeals to both seasoned hikers and sneaker-clad city dwellers who venture up to get a taste of Washington’s epic trails. The trio of Bordeaux varietals showcases flavors of blackberries, red plums, and toffee. Pack a bottle and enjoy at the lake. It may even give you the courage to non-passively aggressively explain how the concept of Leave No Trace also applies to orange peels left on the trail.
2016 MAILBOX PEAK - SOLD OUT
Red Mountain
65% CABERNET Sauvignon 35% Merlot
The “Old Trail”. One badass, thigh-burning, lung-scorching trail. Type II fun. Take on the 3-mile, 4100 foot climb, and reward yourself with a glass of this Cabernet blend. 2018 NAPEEQUA VALLEY-- LIMITED STOCK
Columbia Valley
45% Grenache 35% Syrah 15% Cabernet Franc 5% Nebbiolo
With only three routes in and only three months of the year in which it's accessible, getting to this glacier-sculpted valley is an adventure. Ascend a 4000-foot pass, navigate through brush and slide alder, and ford an icy river in order to marvel at glistening glaciers and hidden waterfalls. With that same sense of adventure, we crafted this wine with a twist on a Rhone-style blend by adding Cabernet Franc and Nebbiolo. Savor flavors of juicy raspberries, strawberry jam, licorice, and white pepper.

2018 HORSESHOE BASIN-- 92 POINTS WINE TASTING MAGAZINE
Columbia Valley
43% Syrah 24% Cabernet Sauvignon 21% Merlot 12% Cabernet Franc
Set high in the Pasayten Wilderness, Horseshoe Basin offers quiet adventures to boundary markers, picturesque lakes, and sprawling alpine tundra. This isolated wilderness is our favorite in the state, and inspired us to create this unique blend. One bit of magic of the Pasayten are the old mining relics found throughout the region. As someone once said, "finding old trash is fascinating, but finding new trash is horrible!". You'll recognize notes of black raspberry, espresso, baker's chocolate, wet stone, and allspice. Hopefully it doesn't remind you of trash.

2018 BENCHMARK MOUNTAIN
Columbia Valley
54% Cabernet Sauvignon 28% Merlot 18% Cabernet Franc
Hike along West Cady Ridge to Benchmark Mountain, enjoying sweeping views of the Central Cascades along the traverse. Rolling alpine meadows awash in blueberries and wildflowers await hikers willing to seek out this hidden gem. Such a gem, in fact, we almost regret drawing attention to it. Combining grapes from Red Mountain and Walla Walla aged in 50% new French and 50% new American oak resulted in an intriguing and complex blend with notes of plum, blackberry jam, sweet tobacco, and dark chocolate. Both the wine and the hike are best quietly enjoyed.

2019 LAKE VALHALLA
Walla Walla Valley
60% Syrah 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Merlot 5% Cabernet Franc
How can you not visit a lake named after a realm of the Norse afterlife? The good news is you don’t have to die in battle to get there. The other good news is that surrounding hikes to Mount McCausland (on-trail) and Lichtenwasser Lake (off-trail) provide enough adventure for an entire weekend. We think you’ll find the area heavenly, and especially so if you take this Syrah blend on your journey. The berry pie plushness, fresh raspberry, and baking spice finish will transport you to your own version of heaven.

2018 CABERNET FRANC
Walla Walla Valley
Picked later in the season to ensure rich, full flavors from the skins, then aged in both American and French barrels for added complexity. Taste raspberries, red currants, anise, molasses, and cocoa powder. Hints of cedar and huckleberry in your empty glass will take you back to your last hike through the Central Cascades, without having to relive the blisters, clammy skin covered in 100% DEET (because we know natural bug sprays do not work), or that feeling that you're being stalked from behind by a cougar. Isn't hiking in Washington wonderful? This wine is, too.

2017 NEBBIOLO
Columbia Valley
This Longhe regional style of Nebbiolo looks like a deep rose, but it's vibrant, food-friendly style will surprise and charm you right away. Especially paired with your favorite Margherita pizza right from the wood fire! Red berries, flower petals, and pomegranate greet you on the nose. Fresh raspberry, huckleberry, anise, and molasses greet your palate, with a finish of espresso beans, chocolate graham cracker, and cranberry providing a bright finish. While most of our wines were made to drink around the camp fire, this is a bona fide food wine... Pair with rich and rustic fare; think marinara and tomato-basil sauces, Burrata Mozzarella, roast brassicas & mushrooms, and grilled eggplant with mild chiles and caramelized onions.

2017 CABERNET SAUVIGNON-- 92 POINTS WINE PANEL
Red Mountain
Fermented in two batches to compare two different strains of wine yeast. One batch yielded bold, fruit-forward flavors owing to the high fermentation temperatures, and the other resulted in more classic, old-world style subtlety. After blending the two together and aging 24 months in 90% new Russian and French oak, the complexity and length of finish speak for themselves.
